Refund for Services

Dexines is primarily a service provider. These services can be acquired by purchasing our Starter, Business and Custom Plans.

We strongly recommend that you read through details of each plan or discuss your requirements and expectations upfront with out team before making a purchase of any of these plans. This will help you fully understand what will be included in that particular service plan and what will be specifically excluded.

Our service plans details pages contain a list of services included as well a list of excluded items.

Even after all this, if you feel that our work is not to your liking, you will have 48 hours after the work has begun on your website to request for a refund. In that case, you will get to keep all the work we might have completed by that time.

However, if you change your mind after 48 hours and make a request for a refund at that time, during which time we may have completed a certain amount of work, we reserve the right to either undo all the work that has been completed or keep a percentage of the paid amount and refund the remaining amount. This percentage will be calculated based on the amount of work completed.

We know this sounds very callous. We don’t like it either. However, we need to make sure that our team does not end up in a scenario where its work goes to a waste.

We are very confident of our work and our team, and we have never received any refund request from any of our clients. And we, on our part, plan to keep it like that. However, if such unfortunate situation arises, we want to make sure that both parties’ interests are looked after.

How to Request for a Refund for a Service

Simply write to us an email from the very email account you used to make the purchase and we will evaluate your request. Once approved, anywhere between 24-48 hours, we will get back to you to confirm your refund.

Refund for Digital Content

Dexines also offers downloadable files such as PSD templates, Photographs and other design elements which can be purchased for a one time small fee. Given the nature of these sales, products such as but not limited to the below list are considered as FINAL SALE and will not be eligible for return/exchange/refund.

Except as set out in this agreement, all sales are final.

If you are a resident of the European Union, you have the right to cancel the contract for a purchase of Digital Content from Dexines for a refund within a period of 14 days beginning with the day after purchase. Once you have received your refund, you will no longer have the right to access or use the Digital Content in any form. You will be required to permanently delete all copies of the downloaded digital from any storage where it is placed.

Please note that once you access or download any Digital Content that you purchase, you no longer have the right to cancel your purchase of that Digital Content.
